Exmoor Zoo

Exmoor Zoo is a special place that allows you to get up close and personal! Opened in 1982, the zoo is now an ideal family venue, especially for the kids. The zoo is always changing so no repeat visit is ever the same, we can assure you of that! Marvel at the caracal, puma, maned wolves, tapir, sand cats and the famous “Exmoor Beast”, as well as smaller and rare animals for which the zoo provides natural enclosures. Exmoor Zoo is different, neither a wildlife park or a city zoo, but a more friendly and contact orientated zoo which has expanded into the North Devon countryside!
